The Cambodian Business and Franchise Association (CamBFA) was formed in 2019, is a non-political and not-profit association establishes to support the implementation of innovative productivity, to promote SMEs and entrepreneurship through franchising and matching Franchisor to Franchisee. The formation of CamBFA was indeed timely as to promote the development of franchising in Cambodia.

CamBFA will serve as a resource center for both current and prospective franchisors and franchisees, as well as for individual or investor who are interested in franchising.

Cambodian Business and Franchise Association is currently seeking for candidates to fill in the following positions:


Job Description

  • Establish and maintain the office law & regulation
  • Assist Secretary General to control all secretary and administrative works
  • Provide administrative works of all committees of Association
  • Conduct induction working program and assign to Admin Officers functionally
  • Control stock of office stationery and work scopes
  • Manage Admin team to conduct a schedule of regular BOD and Members meeting upon approval from President
  • Collaborate with Secretary General to provide monthly induction program to all new members
  • Be prepared when Association setup up an event
  • Membership Management, controlling of new members, existing members and expired member which may need to renew
  • Control on financial records of Association and make sure all expenses and incomes are accuracy
  • Manage an overseas business trip which schedule yearly by President
  • Regularly monitor Facebook page and website of Association which maintained by Digital Marketing team to ensure it is up to date
  • Manage schedules of President and alert regularly if needed
  • Arrange travel and accommodation of President and other BOD if required
  • Control all documentary and make sure all documents are filing properly
  • Monitor the correspondent within secretary team
  • Control Admin Officers and Digital Marketing Officers to ensure working timely and apply to the office Law & Regulation
  • Reporting to President of Association
  • Other duties assigned by President & BOD


  • Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration or other related fields
  • At least 2 years experienced on secretary and administration duties
  • Fully understand about secretary works
  • Very good in English language (Speaking, Writing and Listening)
  • Thai and Chinese will be advantage
  • Very good in computer knowledge (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Internet & Email)
  • Be honest, team work, and good communication skill
  • Confident negotiating skills
  • Report writing skills
  • Must be proactive and good analytical in making any decision related to problem fixing at the place
